过去的一年，机械总院在“深入学习贯彻科学发展观，坚定信心、稳健发展、强化管理、提高效益，继续推进机械科学研究总院持续稳定发展”的总体工作思路指引下，以科学发展为统领，积极应对全球金融危机的冲击和影响，在危机中寻觅机遇；强化自主创新，提高核心竞争力，努力抢占竞争制高点，取得较好的业绩。实现营业收入23.77亿元，同比增长7.27％，利润总额1.61亿元，同比增长23.8％，以良好的业绩诠释了科学发展的深刻内涵。

过去的一年，机械总院继续加强与政府机构、重点大型国际知名企业的战略合作，充分发挥技术优势、人才优势和综合优势，积极拓展新能源、新装备、未来战略性新兴产业等领域，进一步提升和强化机械总院的核心竞争力、区域辐射力和行业影响力，取得了很好的社会效益、经济效益和品牌效益。

过去的一年，机械总院内抓管理、外塑形象，协调联动、革新立鼎。全面启动全面风险管理和信息化工作；深化战略管控和制度建设；干部管理和人才建设日臻完善；精神文明建设和企业社会责任建设卓有成效。通过学习实践科学发展观活动，党员干部的思想得到进一步解放、观念得到进一步更新，一些影响和制约机械总院科学发展的问题被认识和得到解决，为今后的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。

2010年，机械总院以“深入贯彻落实科学发展观，把握发展规律、明确发展思路，强化科研、提高创新能力，加强管理，提高经济效益，持续推进机械科学研究总院健康稳定发展”的年度总体工作思路，进一步明晰战略定位，持续提高创新能力，不断引进科学方法、创新管理、以管理促效益，以文化促发展，扎实推进建设中国现代化制造服务业最著名企业的宏伟目标。

Dear Shareholders, Customers, and Staffs,

In the past year, under the general guideline of “Persisting in the study and further carrying out the practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development, firming confidence for steady development, strengthening management and increasing the economical efficiency”, China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology (CAM) followed by the principle lines of the scientific development, actively overcome the problems, despite of the global financial crisis impacts, and managed to find the new chances and made efforts to enhancing the ability for technological innovation and its core competitiveness. CAM got the good achievement which was indicated by the results of the business revenue amounted to 2.391 billions (RMB Yuan), year-on-year rises of 7.9 percent, the profit realized to 163 millions (RMB Yuan), year-on-year rises of 25 percent, which properly reflected the meaning of scientific development.

In the past year, CAM had continuously developed the strategy cooperation with the governmental departments and some well-known international enterprises related, and fully took the comprehensive advantages of the technologies and talents, actively took part in the development activities of some new industries and strategic fields as well as the fields of new energy and new equipments, so as to further build up its powerful core competence and to play its more important roles for promoting the development of the related districts and industries. In the meanwhile, CAM did its best to benefit society, economy and to strengthen its brand effects.

In the past year, CAM had done a lot of work on coordination and reform as well as strengthening its management and building up the better reputation. Besides, CAM fully carried out the overall risk controlling and did more on information work and the strategy management and the system structuring, and the personnel cultivation had been also deeply promoted, so as to make the better enterprise culture for producing the positive effects of CAM’s social responsibility. Through the activities on studying the Scientific Outlook on Development, the leaders and staffs’ concepts greatly advanced and up-dated, it was helpful to realize and resolve the problems existed in the CAM development and all of these results made a good foundation to the future.

In 2010, CAM will do more work aiming at the goal of “Further carrying out the practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development, grasping the development regulation, clearly making the thoughts for development, strengthening R & D work and management, increasing the economical efficiency and further promoting the continuous and healthy development of CAM”. In addition, CAM will perfect its strategy and continuously enhance the creative capability and absorb and study the scientific methods and the advanced management experience, so as to get the better efficiency through the better management, and get the better development through the better culture. CAM will steadily promote to make itself become the best enterprise in the modern manufacturing technology service industry of China.
